At Tried and True Tint, we believe window film can do more than just block UV rays—it can transform a space. That’s exactly what we set out to do for Regus, a flexible office space provider in Missoula, Montana, by combining decorative film and frosted window film in a modern, creative installation across more than 100 glass panes.
Regus approached us during the early construction phase of their new Missoula location. Designed to offer short-term office rentals—by the day, week, or month—the building featured large, beautiful glass walls with panels of all sizes. While the space was bright and open, it needed something more: privacy, personality, and polish.
The team at Regus wanted to maintain the clean, modern look of the building while giving each office a distinct, professional feel. They knew business window tint was the answer—they just needed the right partner to bring the vision to life.
Unlike many projects where we receive exact measurements and detailed design specs, this one gave us a rare opportunity: creative freedom.
No strict measurements
No final designs
Just a general design concept to complete the aesthetic of the space
It was up to us to interpret the layout, measure the space, and design a custom decorative window film solution that aligned with the Regus brand and vibe.
We proposed a frosted window film with a custom-designed pattern to enhance both style and privacy. The film would diffuse light, provide separation between workspaces, and add visual interest without overwhelming the minimalist design.
Once approved, we got to work on a layout that would suit over 100 glass panes across 59 rooms—each one with different dimensions and visual needs.
Install Team:
Rod – Lead Installer
Mariah – Assistant
Our team carefully measured and installed decorative film on a massive variety of glass walls and doors. It required precision, flexibility, and a creative eye to make sure each pane felt cohesive with the others, while still working within the varied panel sizes and room layouts.
This project stands out as one of our most rewarding and artistic installations to date!
âś… Elegant privacy for shared and individual office spaces
âś… Modern, cohesive look for the entire building
âś… Enhanced user experience for tenants and visitors
âś… UV protection and glare reduction for a more comfortable work environment
While there wasn’t a formal review, the satisfaction from the Regus team was clear. Watching the space come to life as each film panel was applied was incredibly fulfilling—not just for the client, but for us too. This project remains one of our favorites and a showcase of what’s possible when creativity meets precision.
From short-term rentals to full-time offices, Tried and True Tint helps businesses across Missoula elevate their spaces with commercial window tint and custom frosted film solutions.
